How to opt in: You can opt in by texting our leasing number, by checking the SMS consent box on our inquiry form or rental application, or by providing your mobile number on your lease or rental application where SMS consent is stated. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting or applying.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our staff.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
